About the Event
Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Members of the New Westminster Hyack Festival Association and the Installation Dinner will be held at 6:00 PM at the La Perla Ballroom, #204-810 Quayside Drive, New Westminster.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, this meeting will be held via Zoom for the membership and guests. We are limited to a total of 50 in person attendees at La Perla, therefore, in person attendees will be limited to Board members, their spouses/guests and a few VIP’s only. If, between now and January 13th, 2021, COVID situations change and we are not allowed to meet in person at all, both meetings will be held via Zoom in their entirety
There will be 2 meetings set up via Zoom.
#1) The AGM for voting members who have paid their membership by Dec 11, 2020
#2) The Installation and dinner for all members and guests
- To attend the AGM for Board members, their spouses/guests and VIPs, tickets may be purchased for the in-person event on Eventbrite for $65.00 per person.
- To join the zoom meetings, please send an email to the Hyack office.
-> Send your request to email@example.com in the subject box state “AGM”
-> State your desire to join the AGM (if your membership is paid by Dec 11, 2020) and/or the Installation Dinner
-> You will be able to vote at the AGM Zoom meeting and you’ll be able to watch the Installation and evening’s festivities for the fun portion.
- You will get an email on or before January 6th 2021 inviting you to join one or both of these meetings.
-> When you receive these emails, you will be given a meeting number and an ID number
-> Please keep the email for the zoom meeting links
-> Please write these down or keep the email handy in case you are asked for these numbers.
