Brewed this as per instructions after reading all the rave reviews, now bottled 7 days now and I sneaked a taster from one of the 'quality control' 250ml bottles. Now I love a hoppy ale as much as the next man but this stuff is unpleasantly so and very bitter, and citrusy bordering on pithy. It was dry hopped with the pelleted hops on day 7 and took a further 14 days to get down to 1010. My question is, will this mellow with bottle age? Has anyone done this kit and can advise how long to condition for?
