Sad Portland Rose Society News

For those of you who knew Portland Rose Society 2015 President, Dave Etchepare passed away suddenly of cardiac arrest on November 2nd. A funeral will be held in his hometown of Maxwell, CA with a memorial service in Portland later in the Spring.
